The 2019 Star Taina is the latest and greatest from the Star lineup. In its 8th year of  Featuring the refined bow/hybrid shape, this kite performs as a beautiful all-rounder for all skill levels. 

This kite reacts very well to bar input and has a very precise feel with beautiful drift, making it a very desireable waveriding kite. The power level is above average, but plenty to get those huge airs (check out their 2019 promo video to see some examples).

Its upwind ability should be mentioned as well. The responsiveness of the kite goes hand in hand with its upwind ability. Since it is more maneuverable, it's ready to sit farther up in the window, making it able to rip upwind.

The 5.5m-12m sizes of this kite com with 3 Struts for rigidity in low winds and durability, while still being able to maintain plenty of agility and responsiveness. The lightwind 14m and 17m have an additional strut to support the large surface area.
